The Migration, Mobility, and Religion in Antiquity Research Network (MigRel.Net) offers a structured platform for ongoing scholarly dialogue in the emerging fields of ‘religious mobility’ and ‘mobile religions’ in Antiquity. It seeks to bring together scholars who are already engaged in various aspects of these subjects, as well as those interested in exploring these complex relationships. The annual workshop plays a pivotal role in fostering dialogue, exchange, and collaboration. MigRel.Net also aims to facilitate and foster multidisciplinary research, promote innovative methodologies, and contribute to a deeper understanding of the interplay between migration, mobility, and religion in ancient contexts.
